- Merchant: businesses or restaurant owners utilizing our applications/platforms .
2. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registrations and order placements.
- Comply with all applicable local and international laws, including those of India and international jurisdictions.
- Refrain from using the platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and notify us of any unauthorized access.
3. Content Policy
- Users may not upload or share content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any laws.
- We reserve the right to remove or moderate content that violates our policies.
- User-generated content remains the responsibility of the user.

5. Spam Protection and Rate Limiting
- Rate limits may be applied to prevent system abuse.
- Captcha mechanisms are implemented for enhanced security.
- Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

- Users are responsible for verifying all order details before finalizing transactions.
- Orders are subject to local tax and e-commerce regulations.

7. Subscription and Payment Terms
- Merchants may subscribe to premium plans. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Failure to pay subscription fees may result in account suspension.
- Additional charges of up to 2% may be levied to the end customers on bill payment transactions via payment gateway.
- Additional charges for SMS OTP verification usage could be charged depending on the volume
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including code and design, is proprietary and protected under copyright laws. Users should not replicate or redistribute any part of the platform without explicit permission from Alanzo Global Solutions.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. For international users, local compliance is required.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our applications/platforms, its parent company Alanzo Global Solutions, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with their use of the platform, violation of these terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

- Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of the platform or any part thereof.
- Users may not use automated systems (including bots, scrapers, or similar technologies) to access the platform without prior written consent.
13. Account Suspension and Termination
- Accounts may be temporarily or permanently suspended if fraudulent activities, misuse, or violation of any policies are detected, with or without prior notice.
- Users may not create multiple accounts to bypass suspension or restrictions.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of the terms.

14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform any obligation under these terms if the delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, or internet service disruptions.
15. Refund Policy
- Payments made for subscriptions or services are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in promotional terms.
- Refund requests for technical errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with the company’s decision being final.

16. User-Generated Content Ownership
- By submitting content (such as menu data, reviews, feedback, or suggestions) to the platform, users grant our applications/platforms a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, publish, or distribute the content for promotional or operational purposes.
- Users represent that they have the rights to all content they upload or share and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
17. Payment and Transaction Security
- Payment gateway services are provided by third-party partners, and our applications/platforms are not responsible for any payment failures or security breaches that occur during transactions.
- Users are responsible for ensuring safe payment practices, including not sharing sensitive financial information with unauthorized individuals.
18. Liability Limitation
- We are not responsible for user-generated content.
- No guarantee is provided for uninterrupted service availability.
- We are not liable for losses resulting from misuse of the platform.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our applications/platforms, its parent company, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation includes damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, or other legal theory.

Any claim or cause of action arising from the use of the platform must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose. Claims filed beyond this period will be considered void.

- We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected promptly.

- Users and merchants are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations, including consumer protection, food safety, and business licensing requirements.
- Our applications/platforms disclaims responsibility for any legal consequences resulting from users' or merchants' non-compliance with applicable laws.
24. User Account and Data Retention
- We reserve the right to retain user data for regulatory, compliance, and operational purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
- Upon account termination, certain data may continue to be stored as required by applicable laws or for legitimate business interests.
25. Service Availability and Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time without prior notice or liability to users.
- We are not responsible for disruptions caused by maintenance, system upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.
26. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
